You can easily manage quality score by keeping few points in mind. If you have Google impressions you can easily manage quality score in Google AdWords. It is advisable to keep different Ad group for every keyword. 

Use Keyword in Ad Group and Ad Copy

After some time you can start using your keywords as phrase and exact. 

Use Keyword in URL 
Now a day’s mostly websites are on WordPress and it is really easy to create pages in WordPress. Make Different landing page for each ad group. By this you may face difficulty in managing pages but it will be really use full to track your campaign and keyword will be in URL so your quality score will definitely improve. 

Use Keyword in Content 
Using keyword in content informs Google bots that the landing page has the same keywords that the Ad Group have. So it is a good sign and will improve your Google AdWords quality score and user experience. 

Use extensions
When you will add extensions in you Ad. You ad size will increase. This will increase your CTR. When CTR will rise, surely your Quality Score will improve. 

Landing page Title 
Add keywords on your landing page Title. Title is very important part of landing page for Google AdWords and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation).
