WhatsApp Updated: Change in layout Now for user convince WhatsApp is updated Again. In the last few days, users have seen several updates in WhatsApp such as 'text status' was depreciated and 'Story' feature was updated which was quite similar to snap chat but users were unhappy. The user wants WhatsApp as it was earlier. So after few days 'text status' was back.

Talking about new layout change in WhatsApp is very interesting.

Changes in WhatsApp are:

- Earlier that was one option on the right top corner. After clicking on it you get two option to do a video call or voice call. Now video and voice calling are separately mentioned on the same position.

- 'Attachments' icon which was on the right top is now moved inside the text box.

The text box the area where you type you a message.

- 'camera' icon is also inside a text box.

- 'mic' option is located on right side of a text box in the same row.

Apart from all these changes text box styles is also changed and it is very nice.

The border is cured which gives a very nice appearance.

In the last update, whatsapp rolled out a feather of a story and depreciated "status" feature. In this new story feature, the user can add multiple images, gifs, video and much more. This was similar to snap chat but after the update, the user experience of using such feature is quite bad. People did not like this feature much and they miss WhatsApp status feature. The new story feature was for 24 hours. Whatever you will update will be deleted after 24hours, but in the feature, their was an awesome thing that you can view who saw your status. Through this feature, many users came to know that "he/she" still view their status and even have a number.

Now WhatsApp Status is back which was same as earlier. Now users can enjoy new as well as the old way of using WhatsApp. As WhatsApp is the most popular mobile messenger and user do not want that it should be complicated. Its still the best messenger because of the way it is.

As user previously update their status not just to show something but to give an indirect message, can have some fun again.

How to Change Status in WhatsApp?

Click on the three dots located on the right top corner. Then open settings and click on your name. When you click on the name you can see the at the top you have your "Display Picture" also known as DP. Below that your name which is editable and below that you can see your text-based status and on clicking it you can change it.

Recently WhatsApp Has Launched an Update

WhatApp new feature launched on February 20, for a status update and some layout changes. You can update your status with limited photos, videos, scribbles, and GIFs. 2 Year ago Facebook acquired WhatsApp for $19 billion.

Recently WhatsApp has done many updations such as ‘Read Receipts’, user tagging, end-to-end encryption etc. 

What is new WhatsApp status update Feature?

The status allows WhatsApp users to share photos, videos, emojis, sketches and even GIFs as the status update but these updates will disappear after 24 hours. It will be available to all users, iOS, and Android. 

WhatsApp new Layout

According to the new layout of WhatsApp starting with the tabs, the first tab is a camera. you can just swipe on the screen to open the camera. The second tab is "Chats". There is not change in this section. After that third tab is status, an earlier third tab was of contacts but now there is no such tab to see your contacts. In the status tab, you will see 2 option "My status" and "Viewed Updates"

On clicking on "WhatsApp" option under View Updates following images will be visible to you.

• Welcome to new WhatsApp Status
• Now you can edit and post photos, videos, and GIFs
• Status update disappear after hours
• share with your contacts what's;'s going on throughout your day
• control who can see you your updates in privacy setting.
• Go ahead and try posting to your status now! 

Now clicking the "my status" option under "status" tab camera will be an option and you can add a caption to it.

Last, the fourth tab is for the call, earlier this was the first tab.
