This is an awesome feature of facebook keeping user in mind that after watching video may be not complete video user scrolls down, so maybe he is not interested any more in watching that video. The voice automitaclly fades out.

But when user scroll up, it is possible that user wants to see that video so voice gets fade in automitaclly.
